News for June 23rd
While some progress has been made since the last update, there has not been as much as I’ve been hoping for. I think the best course of action at this point is to continue the break from Q2 through Q3 and see where things sit in another 90 days or so. If business is not close to being back to normal at that point, I may have to re-evaluate the business model at that time. Thanks for your understanding.
News for April 2nd
Due to the recession and its related problems, payments owed on my end are not coming through at a high rate. Accounts receivable are growing, and paying members is only possible when funds arrive to support those payments. To deal with this situation, we will be taking a break from the daily website viewing for Q2 of 2009 (the next 90 days). Though no transfers or cheques will be processed during this catch-up period, I feel that it should be enough time for significant progress to be made. I apologize for the inconvenience. It’s unfortunate to see so many people and businesses squeezed in these times, and that no one is 100% immune regardless of foresight or business structure.
News for March 17th
The hardware problem is finally resolved, and all accounts are now up to date. Thanks for your understanding during this frustrating delay.
News for March 9th
Unfortunately, Hewlett-Packard is taking even longer than I expected. Let’s see if this can be resolved in another week or so. I appreciate your understanding.
News for February 17th
Due to a hardware malfunction, numbers shown in the Members Area will not be updated for approximately 14 days. No data has been lost, and the website is still live and open for daily work as usual. Though this is just a small issue, I apologize for the inconvenience.
News for October 24th
We’re back online! The site went live during the evening on the 23rd, and I’ve now had a chance to update the software with all of the latest numbers. Please note that if a package should have gone in since we’ve been offline, it will show as going in today. However, the proper records have always been kept offline, and everything should correct itself in the next few weeks.
Thank you all very much for your patience. I truly appreciate it, and look forward to finally getting back to business as usual.
News for October 21st
The site is still offline, though I’ve been told progress is being made. I’ll post another update when we are back online.
News for October 15th
Unfortunately, due to circumstances entirely outside of my control, we have another server issue. The site will be down for a multi-day period. This is the first major outage in several months, and I hope it’s the last for a long time to come. I apologize for the inconvenience. Updates will be posted here.
News for September 12th
The minimum number of websites that must be viewed each day has changed from ten to five. In addition to saving you a little bit of time, this may also help the site run more smoothly.
